Dr. Arora is a member of the MCA (Manitoba Chiropractic Association), CCA (Canadian Chiropractic Association), and also the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association).
Dr. Arora is certified in Torque Release Technique, or TRT, a form of chiropractic that helps to restore the normal tone of the central nervous system by removing tension or slack in the spinal cord by applying specific adjustments to the spine. He uses an instrument based adjusting system. There are no gross manipulations of the spine.
Dr. Arora is also certified in Webster’s Technique, a specific chiropractic analysis used to improve the bio-mechanical function of the pelvis which can be especially beneficial for pregnant mothers:

Ashley graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2012. She coached recreational and competitive gymnastics for over 10 years, spent 5 years as the Athletic Therapist with Kelvin High School Football, and 2 years with the University of Winnipeg Womens Basketball team.
Since having her son in 2016, Ashley has gained a special interest in treatment in the postnatal population and continues to improve her education in that field.
Ashley has been working at Arora Family Chiropractic since 2014.

Dr. Nicole Cook, BSc., D.C.
Dr. Cook graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON. Dr. Cook is Webster technique certified and utilizes drop pieces and gentle, non-manual adjusting techniques with many of her patients. She is currently completing her International Chiropractic Pediatric Association diplomate. She sees a variety of patients of all ages, but has extensive experience working with pre and postpartum individuals as well as their little ones. Dr. Cook is also a medical acupuncture provider. Her favourite part of her work is seeing generations of families coming in for care and getting healthy together.
Outside of the office she keeps busy with her husband, son, and daughter. They spend a lot of time at the Forks and the lake.

Alaura graduated from Women’s Hormone Health and Fertility Specialist training in 2024, with a focus on health coaching and doula support. Alaura is also a Reiki Healer, level II. She is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor with a specialized interest in somatic nervous system practices. She is currently studying Herbal Medicine with Rosemary Gladstar, a pioneering American Herbalist. Alaura is passionate about holistic and integrative care that complements other modalities.
Her Reiki sessions are open for all, while her Hormone Health supports women and menstruators. This practice spans young hormone problems to the menopause years. Alaura is also university trained in Mindfulness. She is extremely passionate about reproductive rights and body/health autonomy.
Outside of the clinic Alaura loves learning languages (currently Ukrainian), and visiting nature in Manitoba. Her drink of choice is always herbal tea, with some dark chocolate on the side.

Sean graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2001 with a science degree, and then in 2004 went on to obtain his degree in physiotherapy. His post-graduate certifications include: Acupuncture (CAFCI) and the McKenzie Method (MDT).
The majority of his experience has been in orthopedics and working in private practice. He has also gained extensive knowledge from working in hospitals, personal care homes, and at the University of Manitoba.
He has been physically active his whole life and enjoys running and training for marathons.
In his spare time he enjoys volunteering with his church, watching tennis and hockey, and spending time with his family.

Daniel graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2016 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology - Athletic Therapy degree. During his time at the University, he spent time working with the Bison Men’s Volleyball Team. He also took part in a one week internship with the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League in February 2016. Upon graduation, Daniel completed the CATA National Certification Exam in June 2016 to become a certified Athletic Therapist.
Daniel Has worked at Arora Family Chiropractic since August 2016, and is specialized in treating injuries involving muscles, bones, joints and ligaments. He also specializes in treating chronic pain conditions, as well as helping patients increase overall strength and fitness. Anybody can benefit from seeing Daniel for Athletic Therapy. He is also currently taking part in an Acupuncture course, with Acupuncture services expected to be offered in Spring 2018.
